Alex, Bridget and Kevin Kvanli are hosting a landowner workshop at their property. We will begin promptly at 9 am with Woodland Stewardship Plan 101, followed by a presentation from Kvanlis showcasing their property. Then we will head out for a walk-and-talk to show the conservation work Kvanlis have been doing to implement their stewardship plan and how that supports their goals and enjoyment of their land.\nPoints of interest include: Maple Syrup Production, Management for Wildlife and Recreation, Hinge Cutting – Do or Don’t and more along with an overview of programs and other resources that have been helpful. Handouts will be available at the field day.\nWe will be walking ~2 miles over moderate terrain and be outside for most of the event. Please dress accordingly. Coffee, refreshments and a light lunch will be available. This is a family friendly event. There is no cost to attend! We look forward to seeing you in March!\nSpace is limited.
